Set in the grounds of Oak Cottage right in the middle of Bircher Common, this beautiful 15th century cottage has been renovated to the highest standard, yet encompassing many of the original features.
Offering everything you should need for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The downstairs offers a spacious open plan living area.
There is comfortable three piece suit situated around the original inglenook fire place and television, or if you prefer you can turn them around to look at the stunning view as the sun set through the large patio doors facing out across the field.
On an evening you may choose to eat in the living area or if warm enough eat on the patio area there are facilities for BBQ.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need, including a cooker and hob, Kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and dish washer
The bathroom is situated downstairs with a high power shower, wash basin and toilet.
Stairs leading from the living area take you to the main bedroom. Where there is a double bed. The balcony over looks part of the living area and towards a Velux window offering amazing morning and early evening views over the surrounding countryside
There is a dividing curtain between the dressing room / spare bedroom where there is additional accommodation with a double bed settee, there is also plenty of room for a cot bed. Again amazing views!
There are ponds and streams through out the grounds and so make it an unsuitable place for toddlers and small children however babes in arms are more than welcome.
